Make sure you are using the right login details; the server you need to use for the evaluation and verification challenge is EightcapLtd-Demo3, and for the funded account is EightcapLtd-Real4 If you do not see this server in your MetaTrader 4 platform, you can scan for the servers like this:

1. Open MetaTrader 4 and go to File

2. Select ‘Open an Account’

3. Click on ‘add new broker’ and type Eightcap and then select ‘Scan’

4. Select your correct server and click on Next;

5. Select the ‘existing trade account’ and fill in the rest of your login details.
